Hop + Grind

Nice college town pub with a rotating selection of beer and a kitschy menu of burgers, chicken and fries. We were a party of six. Order at the counter and delivered to your table. One of us eats gluten free which was handled really well, even though there is no gluten-free menu. The order taker was careful to ask “allergy or preference” on menu changes. I was disappointed in my Caesar salad, however, mainly because it’s not traditional and includes tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Otherwise the food was pretty good. The child with us was in rapture over the donut sundae. During school I imagine it can be very crowded and noisy; we enjoyed that it was either on a summer evening.

Best service!! Dayna and Alyssa are always so accommodating to my gluten allergy! My husband loves the beer selection and they know exactly what we want when we walk in the door. We always get new recommendations for what to order whether it be beer or food. Try hop + grind!!
