Hope Breakfast Bar - Woodbury

I love Hope Breakfast Bar! It’s spacious with a nice patio. They have an awesome menu and the vibe is chill, happy, and welcoming. We ordered mimosas and our server offered to make us some fun summer spritzers. Their staff is fun like that. Feels like family. They also have a lot of legit gluten free options like gluten free pancakes, waffles, so it’s perfect for everyone. 5 stars highly recommend!

I’ve been gluten-free for about 17 years and eaten many places that serve both gluten free pancakes and bacon and I have to say that your gluten-free pancakes and bacon were the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. The bacon had a weird taste to it and was pretty much undercooked looking. And the gluten-free pancake I touched it. It just crumbled and fell apart, and it smelled awful and it tasted like dough and it was an awful awful flavor at this day and age with how much gluten-free stuff is out there. I think you guys could’ve done a way better job especially if you’re gonna charge people as much as you are for something like that. I also got a coffee, a pistachio cardamom and that isn’t very good at all. I told them I’d keep the coffee, but I just wanted a refund on the food and if they were me, I would’ve given the person a free coffee because of how awful it was I mean I literally went out to my car took a bite and brought it back in.

They had a great dairy-free and gluten-free breakfast dish and they staff was really nice. It's a great place to have breakfast
