V
What an exceptional dinner! Everything was fantastic, and our waiter, David, was the epitome of professionalism. He took such great care of us! As someone with gluten intolerance, I was particularly impressed by how carefully he ensured my experience was flawless, despite my dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this place—great food and outstanding service!

Great expectations not meet and several problems with the service not expected in a high quality restaurant. First of all, booking is needed to be able to eat there. We chose this restaurant because it was highly rated in TripAdvisor (number 1 in July 2022 Budapest). When we arrived and sit, it took them 10 minutes to ask us for drinks when the restaurant was almost empty. This behaviour was repeated between dishes, more than 30 minutes between them, which made the experience less comfortable. They had dishes a la carte and a menu with 2 options: 2 dishes or 3 dishes to choose between 2 starters, 3 main courses and 2 deserts. However, at the beginning (1pm) the waiter notified us that they had run out of one of the main courses (pork with bulgur) which result in a menu with low variability. Despite of this, we insisted and they were able to cook it for one of us as she was intolerant to dairy products and gluten and this dish was the only one that she could have eaten. There was a "confusion" when ordering and the waiter told us that we could order starters and main course first and then the desert, so we did that. However, when we wanted to order the deserts he told us the kitchen was already closed (3pm, 2 hours having lunch due to their slowlyness), letting some of us unable to have the 2 dishes menu as some oder only main course and wanted the other dish to be the desert. We protest for this situation and finally they prepared the deserts. Regarding to the food, we order catfish, foie grass and steak tartar to share and several 2-3 dishes menus (we were 6). We tried chicken tomatoe soup, bruschetta of green peas, 1 pork with bulgur, chicken with corn, cabbage pasta, carrot cake (maybe too sweet). Everything was very good indeed, tasty and well presented. I would like to do a special mention to the foie grass, it was amazing. Price for 6 persons 47000ft (~120€).
