Hopscotch Bakery + Market

Fantastic experience at Hopscotch Bakery! How can potatoes be both indulgently crispy and delicately creamy?! My brain melted as my eyes worked to figure out how something could taste even better than it looks. Start to finish, this place is an absolute gem filled with lovely humans and even lovelier glutens. Don't sleep on the vegan chocolate chip cookie–as a connoisseur I can say this is the best one I've had in the last 20 years. Every town needs a place like Hopscotch and anytime I'm in a 60 mile radius, you better believe I will be back!

Every time I go here I wonder why I don't visit more often. (It's because it's far away from where I live) Tasty and simple foods, good coffee, nice people. Probably one of the last little breakfast/brunch nooks that still feels personal if that makes sense. Sometimes the to order food feels a little too simple to the point of being a bit bland, but it's always made very well and is fresh as can be. The bakery is always a hit though, I often buy the gluten free and vegan things for my friends with diet restrictions.

Hopscotch has always been a delightful place to visit with friends and family. They have a variety of foods and drinks that can accommodate most dietary needs. All of the treats are delicious. The gluten free cookies and cakes are the bomb! They made a GF/DF cake for my birthday one year and it was gorgeous. The staff are friendly and kind! The atmosphere is cozy and cute. Always a fun place to go for a treat and coffee. :)
