This review was written the first week the restaurant was open: This gem has not even had their grand opening yet and they were packed on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar and had a great view of everything. We tried the Kamikaze roll, (their wasabi is hand made so it does not over power your sushi - yum!) several Robata grilled meats, and also split the HopSteak. Everything was presented beautifully and was very tasty. The owner, Andy Tan is a master brewer, and none of his beers were ready to serve yet, and he gave my husband and me a tour of the brewery in the back. The have a room for private parties that you can reserve, plus they will have outside seating when the weather warms up a bit. this is definitely a place to not miss! Update: If you love beer, this is definitely worth a check out! We have been several times since and everyone we have been with really loves the food and beer and cocktail choices. I love the Bulevar cocktail which is tequila, rose aperitif, vermouth! They also updated their menu to show GF (gluten free) options!!! Many of these photos show the beer tanks in the back of the restaurant (we received a tour from the owner).

One star simply because I went in to inquire about gluten free options and was met with a very rude manager that told me everything on their menu has gluten in it- including their drinks. I understand cross contamination issues when dining out and that finding food without gluten at an Asian centered restaurant (and one that's also a brewery to boot) can be difficult, but if you don't understand what that food allergy is and plain just don't care to take a few minutes to see if said customer can be accommodated, you have no business being in the restaurant business. Such a shame because their cocktails look great, but I cannot even enjoy those as even their liquor apparently has gluten (ha!).
