I have Celiac so am strictly Gluten Free. This is a great spot to get Gluten Free fried Chicken in Charlotte. However, they most recently messed up my order completely. After specifying I had celiac, they decided to put bread under each piece of chicken. Very disappointing experience overall. Don't really understand how they can't communicate that to the chef well. Had I not noticed the bread underneath the food, it could've easily gone unnoticed and gotten me very sick through cross-contamination.

Having Celiac’s my whole life, trying true fried chicken for the first time was a blessing. Horace’s is 10/10. It is pretty spicy so if you don’t like heat I recommend asking for less spice.
