Hidden gem - we had sushi rolls and fried rice. Yummy and good gluten free options. Service was great.

This is my first review but it had to be done. *One thing we were not familiar with was the validated valet parking and the lack of signage. I couldn’t find anything on their sites except for their reviews. Just pull up front and the staff will take care of you. Only $3 for valet!* We left south pier without dinner plans and on the way home we decided on sushi. I love reading 3 star and below reviews and I was blown away by Hoshi Sushi’s responses. I love when businesses write back. After reading reviews of surrounding restaurants, the obvious answer was Hoshi. My 4 besties and I were able to reserve a table for Saturday dinner no problem. Our group’s dietary restriction’s are gluten free and vegan, so sushi was an easy choice. We were seated and immediately we were offered a Sake Boom. Just do it. I don’t want to give it away but our gluten free friend did need to ask for a GF beer. The sake was excellent! Highly recommend the sake. The cocktails were delicious, strong and beautiful. The sushi was so good and fresh we had a hard time picking favorites. The tofu was beyond tasty and we gulped down the soups. Wish we had Hoshi Sushi here. 10/10 recommend.
