The food was amazing, and so were the staff they seemed to know how to handle celiac well. I ordered the 9. Phở Tái Nam Gầu. I have celiac, and when I talked to the server about it, she checked with the chef to make sure everything I was eating was gluten free and safe. I didn't get ill

Hot Springs Pho is a small Vietnamese restaurant tucked in downtown Idaho Falls on Shoup Street. It has a friendly, welcoming, informal atmosphere. Prices are in the $10-$17 range with fairly large helpings. I loved the flavor of the pork and shrimp rice platter --slightly sweet. Also, as I am gluten- and dairy-free, it is nice to find a menu with a good number of options I can actually eat. Definitely on my list to visit again!
