I'm always skeptical when I bump into overly enthusiastic reviews, so I admit I approached HCB Thai Cafe with a pinch of salt. Couldn't be more wrong. As a vegan with gluten intolerance it's hard as to even get a decent meal out, let alone one that doesn't make you feel sick for weeks afterwards. But everything here from the variety of the menu, the attentive and kind staff, the portions size and -most of all- the absolute triumph of rich-yet-balanced tastes has gone way above and beyond any wildest expectations.
So far and by far the best (and safest, dietary-wise) thai I've personally tried on the coast. Bravo!
