My first hot pot experience and it was amazing! Loved all the meat free and gluten free options. Broth and sauces are delicious!

I had the hot and spicy broth and it was amazing. They have so many different veggies, mushrooms, and meats to try and it's all complemented with their awesome house sauce at the sauce bar. I have been living here in Longmont for 5 years and this is definitely the best meal I have had around town. The staff was very kind and attentive also, and made a special house sauce for my mother who is gluten free.
