I love the hot table! Having celiac and being gluten free, eating at restaurants can be a risk. Once I order gluten free bread and say that it is an allergen the employees automatically change out their gloves, wash their hands and disinfectant the area. May I also add that they do it with a smile on their face and I never feel judged. This may seem like a small tasks to do, but many other places I do not receive the same response as I do at the hot table. The customer service is awesome and my panini is always amazing!!
