I bought a gluten free panini and wasn't sure what to expect. I have never been there before. Everything that is gluten was separate. Was grilled on a designated press. I didn't have to explain anything, the staff was knowledgeable about taking care of gf items. Changed gloves as soon as I said it was an allergy without me having to ask... which is HUGE!! I was so impressed with the prep...then I had my panini. Absolutely amazing! Loved it! I highly recommend!! Great job Hot Table!!
