Hotel Gästehaus Centro

The two of us stayed there for 4 nights at the end of August and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very centrally located directly opposite the train station, about a 10-minute walk to Lake Constance. It is a bit winding and looks old-fashioned, but the furniture/equipment is well maintained and comfortable. The small bathroom was modern (renovated) and completely sufficient and the room had a view of Lake Constance. The breakfast buffet was varied and - with advance notice before arrival - I received soy milk and freshly baked gluten-free rolls every morning. There was also gluten-free bread slices (packaged) and muesli! You could have breakfast in the dining room or on the balcony. The only point of criticism was the lack of consideration from other guests when it came to distance and mask regulations. I would have liked stricter advice from the staff here. Still had a nice stay and stayed healthy!

Good value for money, unfortunately without parking spaces. The hotel (overnight stay and breakfast) is great for the price. Our triple room was clean, there was a TV and we had lamps on all three beds that had integrated USB sockets for charging. There were even earplugs in the bathroom, so the window facing the street wasn't a problem. The location is great, opposite the train station. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good: fresh fruit, yoghurt and even gluten-free bread, lactose-free yoghurt, vegan "sausage", etc. The breakfast room is very narrow and not super comfortable, but that's actually not a problem, you can find a place.
