Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach

BETTER IMPOSSIBLE!!! We have been in this hotel for 4 days with IMSERSO and since I saw the reviews of the hotel were so good, we decided to take a few more days on our own. The best choice we made. Everything was great, both the reception staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff... ALL very professional and without differentiating whether we were from the IMSERSO group or not, like in other hotels, where they eat a closed menu and apart from the rest of the clients!! THIS IS PRICELESS The hotel is very modern and very modern in decoration, the room is the same, as well as very spacious and clean. Upon arrival you have the courtesy of the hotel so that you can have, free of charge, coffee or infusion in the room, a real detail. Great breakfasts and dinners, with a great selection and quality, also with gluten-free and sugar-free products. To highlight the natural orange juice, delicious!! On these dates we could not get full board because they do not have availability until the high season. We, because of everything we have experienced there and the great attention received, give them a 12 out of 10 in all aspects. We had to leave a few days early due to health problems, but even so, they went out of their way to solve everything in their power. Without a doubt, if we return to that area, that will be our hotel!!! Highly recommended, I'm sure whoever makes this decision will not regret it. Many thanks for everything !!!

A nice, modern, sophisticated, clean hotel in a great location. Two trams and two buses stop nearby, with which both the port (Porta del mar) and the city center (Luceros) are approx. It can be reached in 20 minutes. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious. Separately packaged GLUTEN-FREE (SIN GLUTEN in Spanish) baked goods are also displayed. Special thanks!
