A very nice place that preserves a part of the city's history, with good service and quality products. They have many gluten-free/adaptable dishes. I can't comment on the rooms because I haven't used the service.

In case what I had written was not published. The only thing that is well located is the hotel. The rooms, couples abstain and since they are in a cloister it suits them well, the soundproofing is horrible. After a long trip and with non-formal clothing we went to the restaurant, without a reservation due to our mistake, a lady approached with her notebook and when she saw us she asked us and told us no. I loved the PR guy who could have asked if we were guests or said ohhh sorry I could make them a reservation for the night or another day. Nothing. Then for breakfast the egg was better not to say in words what it was, there was nothing for diabetics and what they gave me without gluten had sugar, the milk had to be heated in a microwave, to be 4 stars they could give it to you. Every time you say good morning I better not tell you with what face. I'm staying because I already paid and as the receptionist said they already have my card. This hotel should not be rated four just for its attention. We have been in Spain for 30 years and we have a clinic in which we are customer-facing and always with a smile. No matter what you wear, how you talk about what country, you are always smiling from the heart. This hotel does not deserve 4 as I said.
