Good diner catering to tourists. Gluten free pizza had a satisfying crust and fragrant cheese. Hearty and well-flavored burger and chips. American country music playing. Calm atmosphere. Heard it had good breakfast, but only for hotel guests.

Cozy and well run hotel. Good breakfast, they even had gluten free bread on hand. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains.
The restaurant and bar on the ground floor seems to be popular with the locals and has good food and service.
I will be recommending Hotel des Alpes to anyone who wants to visit Switzerland.
