Two weeks ago I slept in this beautiful hotel with my family. We decided very last minute to celebrate my husband and I's 14th anniversary here with our children. Our son has Celiac disease so I called the hotel to check if they had gluten-free bread for breakfast or if we had to bring our own. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful and even arranged an upgrade for our rooms. Gluten-free bread was also no problem for breakfast and we got a great tip for a restaurant with delicious gluten-free pizzas. Upon arrival at the hotel, the children immediately received a nice cuddly toy that they never let go of. The rooms were beautiful and, as promised, there was a cot. We even had a 'part of the hallway' to ourselves, which the children thought was really special. There was a personal card and a box of chocolates in the room. Our kids loved the small pool (which we had to ourselves). Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great as was the entire experience in this hotel. We really enjoyed it immensely and our children were amazed. It was fantastic. Thank you very much for all the good care.

Wonderful hotel. We were there for the second time. Upscale hotel in the Museumsquartier in the heart of The Hague. Valet parking service, concierge service, fitness trainer and pool - everything is available. Continental breakfast is served every morning until 10am. If necessary, there is gluten-free bread, which is baked separately to avoid contamination. Milk substitutes are also available (oats, soy). The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated, there is a safe. The mattress was really comfortable, I sleep on a firmness level of three and it was the same in the room. The service was very good, we received good advice and comprehensive information about various events. The hotel was even able to provide tram tickets so we could easily take the train to the beach in Scheveningen. We'll be happy to come back - thank you very much!
