Even though it is an AIC recognized hotel, I think it is poorly organized, in fact every morning I had to ask for gluten-free products because there was no dedicated area like in many other hotels. The dining room staff was very kind. The place is beautiful but not very well cared for.

I stayed with a group. It's quite huge! The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and the staff was really nice and helpful. They gave us a picnic for our travel, too, and for celiacs with special products, too.
Perfect for relaxation, and for a romantic stay. It’s like a manor in Toscana, beautiful.Definitely I would recommend it
