Hotel Isla Verde

A very nice and modern hotel, with spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities and outstanding cleanliness. The service was very efficient and friendly, and I was able to leave my vehicle in a secure location. There was always someone looking after the vehicles in the outdoor parking lot. The restaurant is very good; the dishes are hearty and very tasty, and it has a menu with vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options, which I found very valuable. The only reason I lowered my rating is because in the rooms, I could occasionally hear noises from the room next door and the movement of chairs from the room above.

This hotel is within blocks if the US embassy. Ez access for secure parking for motos. The absolute most gracious staff of any hotel we visit. Epitome of service. Our second visit. Would not stay anywhere else if need to visit this area of San Jose. Nicely equipped gym. Cantonese restaurant has delicious food with keto and gluten free options. Umbrellas avail for use.
