Hotel Posta Pederoa

The stay at the Posta Pederoa hotel was fantastic! When we arrived we immediately felt a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality. The staff is the kindest we have met in recent years and we were pampered in every way. As a celiac and lactose intolerant person, I found excellent cuisine, extremely professional and dedicated to this problem. They even went out of their way to cook for me on separate grills etc.! TOP!!!!! Divine dinner, homemade pasta, gluten-free cutlet, gluten-free cream puffs, perfect cooking and flavors, courtesy and professionalism at the forefront! We recommend this property because we ate well, our room was very quiet and the hotel was in a good location to reach the mountain walks. The property has been completely renovated recently, the soundproofing of the rooms is particularly appreciated. The restaurant is welcoming, the menu offered is varied and satisfies different palates, the dinner and breakfast buffets are equally complete. NB: there are quality options for celiacs / gluten free! Helpful and very kind staff. The property is not in a tourist area so there are no attractions within walking distance, for which you need to take the car or be better walkers than us.
