Excellent value for money. Easy to get there from any Swiss town, yet, you will feel like you are right in the middle of the Alps. Spa + hotel stay: a perfect combination to relax! Make sure to get the room with mountain view. Hike, bathe, eat, repeat.
Food is great, they went out of their way to accommodate my vegan+gluten free needs. They had a great variety of vegan cream cheese and ‘camembert’ style cheese made by New Roots.

•Unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone by phone (before 7:00 PM on Friday), even after calling three times.
•No warm heating. They kindly lent us a space heater. After that, they adjusted the heating, but it didn't work very well, so the space heater had to be on constantly.
•If you have allergies or intolerances, don't expect anyone in the front desk to know anything. We were told it was gluten-free, but it wasn't. (They did ask the kitchen, though.)
• Simply don't expect anything from this hotel.
