My 13-year-old daughter and I were at the crystal/stone fair in Aalborg and stayed 2 two nights at Scheelsminde. The best hotel stay we have ever had, and we have traveled a lot and I have been all over Denmark. The rooms are cozy and spacious. Both shower and bathtub. Just incredibly cozy. And the bed perfect. We just want to go back again. And we had our dog with us. it was fixed as well. Cosy, nice people, good service and gluten-free breakfast. Not the biggest breakfast buffet, but cozy atmosphere and we were full. Nice lawn and a bit of forest for doggies. And parking right in front of our room. Nice just to be able to go to the room and not go through a foyer first. Felt homely.
