My son has life threatening allergies and celiac disease, and this was one of our first times having icecream out since both of these diagnosis. I was nervous but the moment I mentioned his allergies the staff jumped into their protocol (changed gloves, new clean scoop, AND a whole new container of icecream to scoop from).
