Explained to waitress my dietary restrictions. Gluten-free and no dairy. Ordered cucumber roll and Singapore noodles. Within an hour of going home I became very ill. Additionally, others with me ordered Singapore noodles and no one else became ill. I believe I ingested gluten and it wasn't food poisoning. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to trust the kitchen again and we won't be going back.
