House of Vibes Coffee and Curio

We happened to stop by here while driving through Colorado and I’m so happy we did. Delicious coffee and super sweet welcoming people. As a gluten and dairy intolerant person I was super happy to find I could get a gluten free English muffin breakfast sandwich with vegan cheese. Amazing!!

House of vibes, indeed! When I walked through the door here I felt transported to a comfy cozy place designed just for me. 🤓 The vibe is genuine and flowing, the barista was friendly, authentic and kind, and the breakfast sandwiches were stellar! The gluten free English muffin was amazing, which is rare to find. I could actually eat breakfast with my husband! I also had a peppermint almond milk cappuccino (homemade syrup was a bonus). The barista was worried it wouldn’t be frothy enough with the milk substitute, but it was absolutely divine 🤤 I could have spent all morning in this space. Thanks for transforming a mundane morning into a magical one, guys! ✨ ✌🏼

My husband and I stop here EVERY time we come to the area. It's a cute shop! They have the best vegan chorizo breakfast sandwich. Bonus- they have a delicious gluten free English muffin as an option. Coffee is great too!
