HuHot Mongolian Grill

I want to start with the positive first- I’m gluten free and they have lots of options for an entree, sauces are a little more limited but still good! The staff are always so kind and willing to clean the grill and separate mine from others on the grill. I have never gotten sick! The ONLY real concerns I have is the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the flow of the food stations. We have been there when it’s busy which is generally the case and there is not enough space when getting your food and waiting for the grill. The line for the grill wraps around to where people are getting food. It’s just a giant cluster. Also the restaurants itself is falling apart and dirty. There is constantly oil on the floor from people spilling sauces and none of the workers wipe or mop it up. I almost slipped when we went. It’s not really safe or sanitary.

Always a flavorful, filling meal. The service is always prompt. I could tell they had had a busy evening but they were pulling it all back together. Probably not good for gluten free. I didn't react to anything, but if you were super sensitive, not a good idea.
