HuHot Mongolian Grill

I went to the Fort Collins Hu Hot the other night with some friends and had a great experience. I was a bit concerned going there because I am mostly gluten free but the staff was really helpful with my experience. I had am employee named Juliet go back and grab me some rice noodles from the back fridge because I was concerned with cross contamination. She walk through the line with me and pointed out stuff that was gluten free, she was very helpful! I would definitely go back, even with my allergy, because the staff was so great :)

The remodel changed this to a different place altogether. Now that you pay on the way in, no one waits on you. There's no one to get safe, uncontaminated sauce from the back. I have to hope no one dropped the crunchy toppings in them. On the line, the beef was right next to the new breaded chicken. Of course there was breaded chicken dropped in the beef. Now there's "free" ice cream included in the cost, but the cost went up by 3 or 4 dollars and the ice cream is only available in cones. (Which I can't eat either.) I doubt that I'll be back. They are very careful to make sure that my food is prepared in an allergy friendly manner. It holds up their line, but I know I won't get sick from eating the food and that makes a huge difference to me as a celiac.
