I have celiac disease, and I have eaten here twice. The food and the overall concept are great. They claim to be gluten friendly, but if you are celiac, I advise you to be weary. Cross contamination is highly probable at the sauce station (my waitress the first time I visited, was kind enough to offer to get my sauces fresh from the back to avoid contamination, my waiter on my second visit did not). The line cooks separate your food from others with spatulas and are supposed to use separate spatulas to cook and serve your food. The food tastes great, but it's not worth me feeling sick for 2 weeks because my food allergy wasn't properly respected.
