I was very impressed with their gluten-free protocols. I saw a staffer cleaning a section of the grill for about 2 minutes before putting my food on it. The staff were all exceptional. Our waiter was top notch and the manager even came around and asked how everything was. She was lovely to talk to. The food was delicious by the way. I guess that's pretty important too. But I was just so blown away by the gluten-free protocols. The only thing I can complain about was the price. I had one bowl of food, only drank water, and it was $20. And if you go at a busy time- you can wait in that line for quite a while before your food gets cooked.

I have celiac disease and the cooks literally cleaned off the grill and grabbed clean spatulas . Then created a fense using plates and spatulas. Every cook used the correct spatulas when stiring my food.

They are masters of gluten free! They were super careful to clean the grill and make sure that there was no cross-contamination. Everything was clearly marked if it was gluten-free or not. And it's fun to be able to completely customize exactly what I like! If we lived in the area, we would be going back often!
