WOW! Freaking WOW! I'm really happy about this place opening up! I can't say enough! First off, I have celiac disease which usually makes eating out, a big frustration. My gluten-free options at most restaurants are slim to none & are typically just an afterthought, if included on the menu at all. That's certainly not the case with Huckleberry Grill. The menu is thoughtfully created with most dishes being naturally gluten-free, which is genius because most food dishes don't need flour (bleached wheat) added. For the purposes you would need to add flour, there are many easy alternatives, which give the same result. Huckleberry Grill has shown that there's no loss of flavor, quality & consistency for menu items that are gluten-free. Take the mashed potatoes & gravy for example. Normally, if I go to a restaurant, I can get mashed potatoes but I can't get gravy because it's typically made with flour, although it could be made without & be just as good! HG have mastered this! There are so many amazing menu items to choose from & they take comfort food to a whole new level! The pork tenderloin, crispy brussel sprouts, tri-tip steak & mashed potatoes & gravy are all items you've got to try! You can't go wrong! The first time I went to the Huckleberry Grill, my friend & I were greeted by the owner, Eric & given a free chocolate mousse with Huckleberry sauce! It was absolutely delicious & the hospitality was greatly appreciated! I've been back many times since then!
