This is the perfect median between an upscale fish restaurant and a local dive bar. Food was AMAZING! It is family owned and you MUST sit outside on the dock. I WILL be going back next time I'm on HHI. We arrived a little after 5 pm & had about a 20-minute wait. We sat in the bar, had a couple of great drinks, & enjoyed talking to the bartender. Food was reasonably priced and high quality. I'm gluten free and they were very conscientious of my needs.

I tried multiple things on the menu and was very pleased with everything. They have gluten free items labeled on the menu and are very accommodating with substitutions to fit your needs. I just spent a week on Hilton Head and ate here 5 times. The blackened Neptune’s platter was very good. The crab legs were good. The swordfish blackened was excellent. The male bartender, maybe 40, always wearing a baseball hat was so nice. He did his job very well. He also knew how to make a good Shirley temple.
