Great veteran/family owned business that took time to tell their origin story and their three day fermenting process yesterday. I can be more sensitive to bread and baked goods. I ate a sandwich and pastry with no trouble. They are true to their word how their process supports more gluten sensitive people, plus they all tasted excellent!

We live in Meridian and come to Hudson’s anytime we are in Kuna (and get their bread and goodies at the co-op in between visits). Their long fermented sourdough (bread, bagels and more!) is such a blessing for our gluten intolerant family and SO delicious. It’s a special family bakery and we are so thankful to have them in our community!!
