I have always known Hue Dining as a check-in spot. I guess there will be one in the afternoon, Jazz live band - there is a saxophone and guitar, and they can even sing happy birthday impromptu! Weekend Brunch $480p.p. Sharing Starters Homemade bread, nut butter Sourdough bread has been fermented for a long time and has a richer flavor than ordinary bread. The light nut butter also sublimates the taste of the bread. Sea trout, cod roe and salmon roe The trout is very fresh and fragrant, and the combination of cod roe and salmon roe increases the taste. Beef heart tomatoes, cantaloupe vinegar and kelp The whole dish is sweet and sour, very appetizing. Grilled king oyster mushrooms, French butter sauce, caramelized shallots and hazelnuts Asparagus, grilled fermented hollandaise sauce and crispy grains Raw Beef Tartare, Red Pepper Walnut Sauce, Watercress and Roasted Garlic This beef is paired with red pepper and walnut sauce, which is very special. The beef is completely gluten-free and tastes like Mexican tacos. The outside is grilled to a crispy and quite tender texture. Hamachi, grilled razor clams, pesto and chili oil The fish meat is thick and tender, and the fish oil is gently squeezed out. It is delicious but not greasy. When paired with the chewy and fragrant razor clams, it is full of surprises and overflowing with umami flavor. Great experience from entrance to departure. We were a bit anxious reviewing « so so » previous reviews. We went there for the Spanish brunch and for my wife’s birthday. Definitely recommend it. Warm welcome at the entrance. My wife is gluten allergic : team was super pro and almost all meal option were available in gluten-free set up. Service was nice, kind and professional with smile.Food was tasty. We took the pork rib (OMG so tasty and sweet), the cod (nice dried tomato setup) and my kid the gnocchi (so creamy) and home made pasta with tomato home made sauce. They brought the dessert with a candle for my wife without re mentioning it (I wrote it in the reservation). So great experience and really don’t understand previous reviews. Anyway, everyone doesn’t have same expectations in Life . They deserve better rating for sure!😀
