Hugo's Invitados

Asked for a drink menu, and the waitress said, it's in the regular menu, with an attitude. Then left us waiting for 15 minutes. We clearly wanted to order a second drink, but she was not interested in giving us service. We loved that the menu was Gluten Free, but it wasn't worth the price. The drink we ordered was $20 each, which ended up being very nice. We would have ordered more drinks and desert, but it just didn't work out. The manager noticed our displeasure and sent our waitress over, in which the waitress responded by walking up and asking, 'did you need something?' She was not kind. We spent over $100 for an appetizer and one shared meal and 2 drinks total. Would have spent more, but not while being ignored and disrespected. From my perspective, the food was not worth the price.

Food was average and the service was extremely slow. Our waiter suggested a couple of items that turned out to be below average. I ended up leaving my credit card there after I payed the bill and trying the next day to find it was a hike. I spoke to 3 different people and finally they were able to locate it. Then the bar manager when I went to go pick up my lost credit card started saying how irresponsible I was for loosing my credit card and was totally drunk on his job. Bad management, average food, worse service AVOID please. Only good thing was the entire menu is gluten free with average tasting items.

Great Mexican restaurant, wonderful atmosphere and service! High quality organic food, all gluten free menu!
