I don't have any real trouble with my gluten intolerance when we eat at the Market Mall Hula, for example, and I always like the food. After eating at the Crossiron Mills location, however, within hours, the symptoms started appearing. I know they're "gluten friendly," and not gluten free but it seems that other locations are better operated than this one. I might go back to this location at some time in the far future, but it's off of my list for now. I added a second star because the food is as good as always.
