I hit Hummus Republic today for a quick grab-and-go wrap for lunch and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. So many options not just on what to eat, but ways to eat (e.g., halal, vegetarian, gluten free). The staff were very friendly and happy to help me through all the options, no matter how simple or complex you want your meal. While every option was ready for me, the guy who helped me said it's a new place and they are figuring out how much to make and when - which is very common with new restaurants. Especially ones like this that strive for freshness. So there could be times that you need to wait for something as they make it. If so, please be patient--the food is worth a wait and they are paying very close attention to figure timing out. This is one of the few times I can highly recommend going to HR!
