Just tried Hummus Republic for the first time recently! I thought the food quality was incredible and so tasty. Bonus for being mostly gluten free as well! I did feel the receipt and the prices shown did not align and it was pretty steep for a lunch, but understandable being in Pier Village. Still would return as it was delicious and served both as a lunch and leftovers for dinner!

Fresh food, excellent quality with large portions!
There were great gluten free options for my daughter! The falafel was perfectly seasoned and delicious! I especially loved the spicy sauces and the crispy chickpea croutons! Staff is wonderful and service is great!
