Hummus Xpress + Food Truck

First time trying Hummus Express at a wedding from their food truck. The pita sandwich chicken and gyro were awesome. I also the fried potatoes and they were divine! Definitely going to check it out for lunch in Tempe at the restaurant location. They also have gluten-free falafel. Great Flavors!!

Absolutely delicious. Was my first time and I will definitely be back. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about what items contained gluten. Their falafel is gluten free too! Did not try it this time but I'm excited to next time. Nothing on the menu mentioned rice but but they do have it and it is used as the base for their bowls. I asked what the best veggie was and behind the counter as well as customers chimed in the say the eggplant. I'm not a big fan of eggplant but I got it because everyone said to and it was amazing. So good. Lots of vegetarian options as well.
