I always happily return to Humus because it is one of the very few restaurants/bistros in Parma where I can find excellent gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. They deserve much more visibility!

Wonderful dinner, in this delightful little place, fantastic vegan and gluten-free food: I had the vegan herb tortelli and my partner the rice with turmeric, and broad beans and then the tempeh: all delicious. There are also many options for desserts (the semifreddo tarts are fantastic). Very kind staff. If I really have to find a (minimal) flaw: the table for two is small, and it's a little awkward for holding plates, a bottle of water, etc. but it's definitely a detail. Absolutely recommended and a must try! I will be back for the vegan breakfast. Thanks for the work you do.
