I have celiac disease and require VERY strict cross contamination avoidance with gluten, I know when it happens and every single time I have ordered from here I have had no problems. ZERO! (Except wishing I ordered more after I was done!) I always call ahead to let them know and every time they’re very understanding. They clean the work stations, pull from fresh crust flavorings, toppings, sauce, and a clean cutter for the pizza. I always tell them I DO NOT CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES, as long as you’re doing what you can to ensure my food is safe I could wait 1-2 hours or more and still be perfectly happy with my food, but even so they are still VERY FAST (less than an hour), making a quality product with great customer service and no issues to be had (so far at least). The assistant Mark is great, he has been the one to make my order 70% of the time (that I know of) and has been a godsend to give me the ability to eat at a CHAIN with my disease! There’s another worker who has taken care of my order a few times, a younger black man with braids whose name I haven’t the pleasure of catching yet (but will update review when I learn his name) who has done just as great a job as Mark with keeping my order both safe and delicious and couldn’t be more appreciative to them both and any others that I’m not aware of who may have made or helped with my orders. Upper management if you’re seeing this please give them a raise, every time being here has been phenomenal and they have a flawless reputation so far with me and I definitely see them as strong assets, I may not know their wages but I know if you’ve got workers like these you definitely want to keep them happy. I love this place.
