Very accommodating for my gluten and dairy free requests. The chef came out and spoke with me personally, which was so thoughtful. He made a delicious scallop dish and even made my truffle fries with such care that I never had a negative food reaction. We were seated right by the fireplace and Amy (our waiter) was so kind and professional. The beautiful mansion was the icing on the magical winter night.

I wish I would have read some of the more recent reviews. In this day in age with so many businesses struggling, customer service and creating the best experience for customers is crucial. We waited 30 min for our wine. We had to remind the server about the oysters appetizer which came quite a while after that. We had totally forgotten about our other app (the salmon tartare, which was fishy!) until it arrived with our entrees an hour or more later. The bread didn’t come until moments before the entrees. If you are dairy or gluten free, it makes for an even more contusing ordeal. We couldn’t even get our mushrooms and onions cooked in oil instead of butter which has never ever been a problem anywhere else. The filet was ok at best, the rest of the food was sub par especially at that price. Our server may have been new and I am sure she is a nice person but needed a lot more training. We expected to be in and out with my 81 and 87 yo parents in 90 min, possibly 2 hours tops but it was unnecessarily 3 hours. After giving our credit card for payment, we were presented with our receipt with full credit card number, exp date and security code printed on it and asked to sign it so they could process the payment later when their credit card processor was working. We were not going to leave that information behind. fortunately we had cash to cover the meal. This was a Terrible experience.
