Glad to see a new Vietnamese place in this area. The food is of excellent quality. I would have preferred more salad than the huge amount of noodles in the rice vermicelli salad, but that's just my personal preference. It was certainly filling and all the ingredients were fresh. What impressed me especially was their understanding of dietary requirements and flexibility to cater to dietaries - staff queried that one dish was requested gluten free but not the other (great attention to detail) and offered a gluten free dipping sauce for the rice paper rolls. I would definitely order from here again and would recommend it.
