My employer typically orders burritos for breakfast a few times per year. I have celiac disease (an autoimmune, gluten allergy), and the gluten-free option was left out this time around; however, the HyVee employee noticed my employer usually places a gluten-free option with the order, so he made a few anyway. It was so thoughtful -- and impressive that they noticed. Thanks for looking out for the celiacs, HyVee.
