Cannot express my love for Hybrid enough! Evan and his team are awesome. They make sure they know you and your order. I go here almost daily for my iced matcha latte. Great matcha. All the baristas are genuinely friendly - Mikey, Michelle, Gabe and Mel. Evan has been working on gluten-free donuts which I had the pleasure of trying and they did not disappoint. Also, if you see the pao de quejo definitely order. Clearly, I'm obsessed

Hybrid is THE HEART of our Jersey City community and 10000% why I love our neighborhood so much. Evan, Cookie, and their kids treat you like family. They quickly know your name and get to know you as a person. I truly look forward to taking my dog for a walk so that we can stop by and she can get the celebrity treatment (they have dog treats! And love her so much!). Not to mention they make THE BEST cold brew I’ve ever had and remember exactly how you like it. If someone accidentally puts too much milk they remake it so it’s just the right amount. Besides the ambience and amazing service, the food is phenomenal. I’m celiac and ever since I started going to hybrid regularly Evan has made sure my meals are made safely despite their small kitchen. We always talk about gluten free recipes he can whip up and has been trying out new gluten free treats for customers. He even asked me about suppliers and favorite brands. On my birthday they brought out little treats and sang to me 😭😭😭😭 I’ve truly never loved a neighborhood spot so much. It’s a home away from home!!!
