Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

We were driving from NY to IN and stayed overnight in the Cleveland area. Since Hyde Park was right next to our hotel, we decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad we did! The atmosphere was phenomenal: vibrant, lively, and full of energy. The piano music set the tone, and the entire restaurant buzzed with celebration as a group nearby enjoyed a birthday. The place was packed, but the service never skipped a beat. I have both dairy and gluten-free requirements, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Melanie, the bartender, carefully walked through my dish with me and even went back to the kitchen to double-check the bacon jam for my burger. The manager personally came out to confirm everything, which was such a thoughtful touch. There was also another bartender, Chris who was incredibly friendly and engaging, adding to the warm, welcoming vibe of the evening. What really stood out was how special I felt as a guest—even though it was just a random Wednesday night and I was sitting at the bar, the team treated me like I truly mattered. That kind of service is rare, and it made the whole experience unforgettable. Hyde Park is a gem, and I’ll definitely make it a stop anytime I’m back in the Cleveland area.

I’ve been to Hyde park a few times and our latest waitress Nicole was absolutely amazing and so kind. As younger people coming in we really appreciated her positive energy when it came to serving! She even brought me a gluten free menu which I didn’t even know they had!
