I Heart Mac & Cheese - Colorado Springs (North), CO

As someone who's gluten free, eating out can sometimes feel like a game of chance. When I came in and mentioned I was looking for a gluten free option, the staff was so helpful in making sure I made the right selections that were safe for me. I was genuinely blown away at how knowledgeable they are, and they even mentioned putting their team through a gluten free training weeks prior! If you're gluten free, come here!

We've eaten here twice, and been extremely pleased both times! My husband really likes the parm chicken mac & cheese, and I'm all about the pepperoni flat bread! Tried the tomato soup and a classic grilled cheese tonight and it was also really good. I personally like my soup super hot, so it could have been hotter and I'd have been fine with that. Oh - and the gluten free cookies at the register - YES! The first time we were there I was a little surprised by the lack of staff, and it took a little while to get our food, but tonight it was quick, hot and totally delicious! The first visit was just my husband and I. Tonight we took our daughter and her family with us. They all really liked it too. I'm more than a little surprised by some of the extremely negative reviews. Our experiences here have been been nothing but good! We'll be back!

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the most gross macaroni I have ever had. The gluten free noodles, that cost extra, were under cooked and had a disgusting texture. The cheese was just flavorless. Don’t waste your money, Kraft is better than this
