I love I-Ho's! I'm a highly sensitive Celiac and there are so many safe items on the list that I can have so long as I remember to request they not use any "?" (fermented bean paste) in the stir fries. It's all delicious, but I especially recommend the Gal-Bi-Bob with seasoned rice and the Kim-Chi-Che-Gae! I have a vague memory of the Jab-Chai-Bob used from a decade ago and I think either my tastes have changed or the recipe did, I miss that old flavor, even if it is still good!
