The website for online ordering is terrible. The first time I ordered from here we reviewed the wrong pizza. We ordered a slice of cheese and a large pepperoni and olives pizza. When it arrived we got 2 slices of cheese pizza and a large olive pizza. I thought I just made a mistake ordering when I went back to look at the receipt. So this time ordering I double checked the order to make sure I was placing the right thing. This time, We ordered a "custom pizza" with pepperoni and olives and a slice of cheese pizza . This time we received a small gluten free pizza with pepperoni and olives and a small cheese pizza. We paid $26 for this "custom pizza" and this pizza was personal pizza size. We went BACK to the website to see if it said anything about GF and there wasn't! We called the location to tell them this isn't what we ordered. The manager was absolutely unprofessional and rude and insisted this is what order they received. Despite us telling her we ordered it from their website and nowhere does it say ""custom pizza" meant GF She told us the mistake wasn't their fault and she doesn't know what website we ordered from. She reported the only thing she could do is "push it up the chain of command" to be able to issue a refund or make the pizza that we actually wanted. We said we just wanted the correct pizza. She responded by saying she wasn't going to stay on the phone and argue with me about the pizza. That GF pizza is expensive anywhere you get it...yea, except we didnt want GF pizza. I then requested to speak to someone higher in the chain of command and she indicated the owner would call me. I asked if the owner was going to be able to call back tonight and she said yes. Of course they never called. As I figured they wouldn't. Too bad because the cheese pizza was good.
