Definitely a very high level restaurant. Wise search for combinations that go well with my tastes. Pre-appetizer finger food tasty and beautiful to look at and good quality bread products. With pigeon and quail I relived flavors of childhood recalling good memories and with the dessert a truly excellent finish with a refined mix of fruit and basil aromas. All in a historic location and truly impeccable service even on gluten free.

It has become my favorite restaurant in central Bologna! Many excellent factors, spectacular, evocative, elegant, reserved location, excellent for business breakfasts or romantic lunches and dinners for couples, excellent service, I felt at home, pampered and filled with attention, kindness and attention to detail. for the business breakfast I chose a Bolognese tasting menu and as a true Bolognese DOC from generation to generation I was surprisingly struck in the heart by the complete range of dishes from mortadella, tortellini with a perfect broth, perfect ragu tagliatelle, the real Bolognese cutlet, and sweet trifle!!! Plus, the gluten-free menu option is incredible and surprising. I challenge you to find it better in taste and appearance!
