Hey GF folk. Totally awesome pizza. I am Gluten Free and this Chef makes his own bases. They taste so authentic. He said its best to let them know you are GF if booking or call for Takeaway as they only get out limited Dough because they throw away what they do not use. They do a good job preventing Cross contamination too. BTW my non GF family love the regular pizza too really authentic Napoli style.
